Customer A – 2 Single User Sites
Has two offices that run independently, but are owned by a single parent company, they have only one computer system at each office. They would require:

Single User First Site: £900 +VAT
Single User Additional Sites: £600 +VAT (per Site)
TOTAL: £1,400 +VAT

Customer B – Multi-User & Multi-Branch
Has three offices two of which will need to share information and one that will run independently, they are all owned by a single parent company. They wish to have a five-user system at head office, and one of the remote offices will attach to the head office via ADSL broadband. They have only one computer system at the third office which will ‘stand alone’. They would require:

Multi-User Server License – First Site (Single Data Set): £1,200 +VAT
5x: User Client License for M/U Server on LAN: £200 +VAT (per user)
Single User Additional Site – Stand Alone: £600 +VAT (one Site)
1x: User Client License for M/U Server on WAN: £200 +VAT (one Site)
TOTAL: £2,200 +VAT

Technical Support Contracts:
Osiris Funeral Management System (Osiris FMS) telephone and WAN support contracts are available for renewal on an annual basis. The first year’s technical support is included in the cost of the initial license. To qualify for ongoing support services at least one PC system MUST have broadband access with static IP, and have PC Anywhere remote communication software installed, or we must have direct access to a Windows Server via Terminal Services. The Osiris FMS support contract will be charged at 20% of your total license value per annum. Clients who continue to register for support will be entitled to free upgrades* and updates as and when they become available.

You DO NOT have to renew your support contract it is entirely optional. However if you encounter a problem with Osiris, and do not have a support contract you will be charged on a per incidence basis, which generally works out less cost-effective. Once a support contract has lapsed, administrative costs and payment for lapsed time would be required to reinstate the contract.

Osiris V3 – New first time buyer promotion.
For the first time ever we at Osiris Systems have decided to make a previous version of Osiris FMS available to new clients at a greatly reduced price. This may be of benefit if:

• You would like to use Osiris, but feel that version 4 offers more than you need at present, and too steep a learning curve as a new user.
• You are a smaller company, handling less funerals than some of our other clients, and do not feel that budget currently permits the acquisition of Version 4.
• Your current system specifications would not allow you to run Version 4. Particularly if your systems are not currently all running Windows XP/2000/2003.

If you wish to purchase Osiris V3 we are offering it to new clients only, at less than half the previously published price for single user*. You can then choose to upgrade to version 4 at any time**, by simply paying the difference between the price paid for version 3 and the published price of version 4 at the time of upgrade.
