Obtaining
Support:
If
you are a registered user of Osiris FMS, or are currently
using the 60-day trial version, and you require technical
support please e-mail your query to support@osirissystems.co.uk
. Please be sure to include full details of the problem,
contact details and, unless you are running the trial version,
your Support Registration Number.
Technical
Support Contracts:
Osiris Funeral Management System (Osiris FMS) telephone
and modem support contracts are available for renewal on
an annual basis. The first year's technical support is included
in the cost of the initial license. To qualify for ongoing
support services at least one PC system MUST be fitted with
a modem or ISDN Terminal Adapter, and have PC Anywhere remote
communication software installed.
The
Osiris FMS support contract will be charged at 15% of your
total license value per annum, you will be issued with a
support contract number that must be quoted when requesting
support either by 'phone, fax or e-mail. Clients who continue
to register for support will be entitled to free upgrades
and updates as and when they become available.
You
DO NOT have to renew your support contract it is entirely
optional. However if you encounter a problem with Osiris,
and do not have a support contract you would be charged
on a per incidence basis, which generally works out lest
cost-effective. Once a support contract has lapsed, administrative
costs and payment for lapsed time would be required to reinstate
the contract.
Osiris
Systems can also offer tailored support contracts to cover
both LAN & WAN maintenance and total project management
solutions, this can be discussed prior to full installation
of the Osiris FMS application if required.
