Should you require ongoing network support, maintenance, or server management we offer a
number of ongoing contract options, based on the size and type of network you have. Please

Maintenance - Upgrades & Repairs
We can supply a wide range of high quality components for upgrading or repairing PC
systems, from manufacturers such as Intel, AMD, Kingston, Seagate, Asus, Iomega and
many more. We also offer a diagnostic service for faulty systems, and a fitting and
configuration service should your PC system require upgrading or repairing.
Please note that we do not offer repair services for printers or monitors.

On-site installations or repairs
For on-site maintenance, repairs, system configuration and networking services
we now provide our services on an hourly basis with call-out and fuel/travel
surcharges calculated accordingly.
- Area 1: Locations within 20 miles of our office BN8 5SE.
- Area 2: Locations within 70 miles of our office.
- Area 3: Locations within 140 miles of our office.
For any locations on the UK Mainland not covered above, site visits can be
arranged on a per day basis only, charged at £480.00, any additional expenses
will be provided in a written quotation.
Call-out fees & Hourly Rates
Call-out fee area 1 (to include first hour): £48.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).
Minimum fee is: £48.00 (equivalent to 1hr on-site)
Call-out fee area 2 (includes first hour and fuel/travel surcharge): £72.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).
Minimum fee is: £96.00 (equivalent to 1.5hrs on-site)
Call-out fee area 3 (to include first hour and fuel/travel surcharge): £96.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in hourly increments).
Minimum fee is: £144.00 (equivalent to 2hrs on-site)
Off-site, workshop repairs and remote assistance via web based help-
desk (powered by LogMeIn Rescue)
All work with regard to system repairs, carried out in our workshop will be
charged at £38.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).
Minimum fee is: £19.00
