Osiris Systems – Services Tariff

Effective 1st May 2008

On-site installations or repairs
For on-site maintenance, repairs, system configuration and networking services we now provide our services on an hourly basis with call-out and fuel/travel surcharges calculated accordingly.

Area 1: Locations within 20 miles of our office BN8 5SE.

Area 2: Locations within 70 miles of our office.

Area 3: Locations within 140 miles of our office.

For any locations on the UK Mainland not covered above, site visits can be arranged on a per day basis only, charged at £495.00, any additional expenses will be provided in a written quotation.

Hourly Rates

Call-out fee area 1 (to include first hour): £48.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).
Minimum fee is: £48.00 (ie. 1hr on-site)

Call-out fee area 2 (to include first hour and fuel/travel surcharge): £110.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).
Minimum fee is: £158.00 (ie. 2hrs on-site)

Call-out fee area 3 (to include first hour and fuel/travel surcharge): £150.00
Then £48.00 per hour (chargeable in hourly increments).
Minimum fee is: £198.00 (ie. 2hrs on-site)

Off-site, workshop repairs
All work with regard to system repairs, carried out in our workshop will be charged at £38.00 per hour (chargeable in 30 minute increments).

All prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%
